Happy anniversary #DarkForces (1995) and #DarkForcesRemaster (2024)!

Today has been considered the North American MS-DOS release date for the game, even by the folks involved with the remastered version that's out today – "29 years to the day" – for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC

* Some think it was originally released on February 15, 1995 or others even say March 1995

"Dark Forces" was one of the first big #StarWars computer game from LucasArts back in 1995. Pictured here, #BobaFett appears on the jewel case artwork as well as in an animated cinematic sequence and as the Level 9 boss. Playing as Kyle Katarn, when you defeat that challenge, he flies away. This is one of (at least) 34 video games to include Fett.
