TV: "Popular, Less Highlighted Character"
Boba Fett? Where? One blog is reporting a few quote leaks from Skywalker Ranch regarding the two television projects for Star Wars, which we know as one live-action and one animated. The press is starting to ask questions again, since the Revenge of the Sith DVD junkets started last Thursday, and someone got Emperor Palpatine to talk.
Frank Oz (the voice of Yoda) was also in attendance and admitted that he is involved in the animated series, but that the live-action one was still too far away to claim yay or nay. Ian McDiarmid (Emperor Palpatine) also couldn’t give a straight answer regarding his involvement but did note that “George’s intention is to follow one of the characters who’s been less highlighted up to now, but has been very popular (Boba Fett???) with the audiences.” He also noted that Peter Cushing played a “very effective representative” of the Emperor, so expect there to be a “number of very effective representative’s” down the line.

Hmmm… This does seem very likely, and make sense. Unless, there is another character, which I doubt.
Oh, FYI, this is an Attackixs Boba Fett coming out, and there are photos out and about of it. It seems to shoot the missle from his jetpack. There is also a Jango.
Should the TV series be on the characters in the popular books based on post fall of Palpatine. So many good stories to use. Especially the heir to an Empire series with Thrawn and Paelleon ect.
I am not sure the idea on a series on Bounty hunters with only references made to Palpatine and Vader would work.
