Boba Fett's Most Wanted

Will a shorter-than-expected Boba Fett cartoon series based on the trashy America’s Most Wanted series be the best route for the future of Boba Fett on the cable circuit? Broadcasters are signing up for Boba, says one source.

According to T’bone’s Star Wars Universe, an in-the-know sort of site with limited but deep updates, the Boba Fett television series is a sure thing.

Gennedy Tartakovsky will also be doing some Boba Fett animated shorts for the Cartoon Network. The twelve five-minute shorts will document some of the bounty hunter’s most famous captures, and it’s rumored that the series will be a sort-of parody of America’s Most Wanted. Even before a single sketch from the new series has been seen by anyone outside of the animation team, a number of international TV channels, including Teletoon up here in Canada, had signed on to broadcast the shorts in their first run.
