Fan Spotlight: Fett_II
Continuing with our new feature here at The Boba Fett Fan Club, we’ll be conducting interviews every so often with Fett fans that are friends of BobaFett.com on our MySpace or Facebook.
Introducing our latest spotlight, our friend on BFFC’s forums, Fett_II!
To start off, tell us a little about youself.
I’m just another one of your average seventeen year old boy who loves Star Wars.
How long have you been a member of the site?
I’ve been a member since early ’07.
What initially made you a fan of Boba Fett?
I became a fan of Boba after watching him get away with Han in ESB. I figured, “damn he’s gotta be tough to be able to get away with Solo at his feet like that.”
What is something you have learned from Fett that you can apply to your every day life?
Something I learned from Boba would be to never give up and keep going until there’s nothing left.
What’s your favorite Fett line (from the films or not) and which Boba Fett do you prefer (original trilogy Fett or post-prequel Fett)?
My favorite line is “he’s no good to me dead.” The OT Fett beats PT Fett. (No offense Daniel Logan, you did a good job, it’s just I grew up with the bounty hunter, not the boy clone.)
What is your favorite Fett EU (Expanded Universe) appearance?
Favorite EU appearances: Dark Forces (he’s a boss in one level and appears throughout the game), Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy (he’s a boss in a level on Ord Mantell) and Battlefront II (playing as Boba this time somewhat in the “hero” position of story mode is fun). Kicking butt online as the galaxy’s most feared always makes a smile.
Lastly, what do you hope to see in store for Boba Fett in the future?
For the future, hmm. Something jetpack related. Also a full-detail costume (for purchase). More LEGO sets with Boba too.
Remember we’ll be spotlighting random fans that add us on MySpace or fan us on Facebook!
