Secret Sith Action Figure?
The official Star Wars site at Hasbro.com made available a PDF catalog. Speculation at TheForce.net’s forum makes a bold argument that the “secret” figure masked out could be a grown-up Boba Fett.

Battle Figure game.. They have a secret character..
hmmm, I wonder what this could be? Another jedi? Another dark jedi? Sifo Dyas?
Looking at the outline of the picture, it looks a lot like an adult Boba Fett..
Anyway, if anything the catalog has some great pictures.

Well, it might be Boba, but of course, judging by his thinner limbs, he’s probably younger. Or it could be a droid.

Well…although its been stated already..its obviously a Battle Droid..you can see the antenna on the backpack..the roundness of the head…skinny arms… skinny legs… its all there. Too bad though :/

In my opinion, it is a trade federation droid.
I’m pretty sure its a battle droid from the antennas on the thing’s pack, the outline of the head, and the rigidness of the arms
