"Holiday Special" Layout Artist

Layout artist who worked with Clive Smith at Nelvana, who made the Star Wars Holiday Special cartoon called "A Faithful Wookiee" which was the animated debut for Boba Fett in 1978.

John Celestri also worked on the cartoon, under Frank's overall design.
