Elan Sleazbaggano was a low-life street punk that made his living on Coruscant selling illegal substances among other things one would find on the black market.

It was through Elan that Boba obtained a Kamino saberdart that he planned to use against Mace Windu the Jedi who had murdered his father on Geonosis.
