Helmet
In "Legends," Boba Fett's Duraplast armored helmet has an external targeting rangefinder, broad-band antenna, environmental filter system, fire control battle computer, macrobinocular viewplate with infrared scanner, internal comlink, and integrated motion / sound sensor system. In canon, it's considered beskar.
