This figure is available for free with the 7th delivery of Star Wars Fact File magazine (or you could choose Darth Maul instead).
While it was a freebie, you had to wait and get 7 issues of De Agostini's Star Wars Fact File, which isn't free of course.
These came in plain yet branded white boxes and some normal plastic inserts to avoid damage during shipping, but it sure does have some fragile parts that are prone to breaking off.
