Part of the NYCC 2020 / Funko's Virtual Con IV "Boba Fett POP and Slave One Sling Bag Bundle," which was only available to lottery winners and quickly sold out.

Where the cockpit is shown is clear, so you can see something inside. An unboxed POP would fit in there.

At release, it was also sold separately for $80 on the Loungefly website.
