The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 8 ("The Rescue")
Overview
Chapter 16 (season finale) features Boba Fett.
Boba Fett intercepts a ship, joins Din Djarin to meet Bo-Katan and Koska Reeves, defends himself from Koska Reeves, and flies the larger team all together after they work it out. Fett then uses Slave I to pretend attack the rest of the team in a decoy Imperial Shuttle. He appears again at the end of the credits in a bonus scene where he enters Jabba's Palace with Fennec Shand, kills Bib Fortuna who was sitting on Jabba's old throne, and then takes the throne himself. This teases our "The Book of Boba Fett" coming December 2021.
Temuera Morrison is named in the credits. Two doubles are listed for Boba Fett as well: Scott Lang and Eddie Perez.
Premiered on Disney+ on December 18.
