I don't really see Boba as the type to have a "wish list". He doesn't wish for things--if he wants something, he just goes out and GETS it!
That said, if he did have a wish list, I think it would be for the largest bounty ever posted for the most elusive creature ever. Going after that would make him happy. Or as happy as he gets...
I'd buy him a red cape.
I think he'd wish for an heir.

Haha I agree with Boba_Fett. He doesn't need to wish for anything - he could take or earn it, if he would want it that bad.
Instead of Mace Windu's head, his lightsaber. (use as proof that he avenged his old man, even though Mace technically is killed by the Emperor, George considered having that as his death first)
