Boba’s primary employer was very powerful. But was jabba powerful enough to scare boba fett?
Never. Jabba clearly couldn't touch Boba himself, and of Jabba's "minions", Boba was the most capable and dangerous. There was absolutely no one in Jabba's court or employ that could ever have had a hope of going toe-to-toe with Boba Fett and surviving. Taking this into account, it wouldn't make sense for Fett to be scared of him, at least as an adult, because he knew he wasn't in any real danger. The man takes on Wookies, Jedi, and the other scum of the universe for a living. A giant slug can't faze him either.

I always thought Boba saw Jabba as just an employer. Not even the rancor could faze him. I know it's not canon, but in Star Wars Blood Ties issue 1, Jango literally made Boba run away from a gigantic dragon-like creature haha. So I doubt he'd be scared of a fat mob boss slug lol

both of you make some points. Any of jabba’s goons alone wouldn’t stand a chance against this guy. But suppose jabba’s goons all attacked at once!

True! Also, Boba's taken on hordes of goons multiple times before in Legends and they never stood a chance. To be honest, most of Jabba's employees were bush league at best and Gamorrean guards at worst. 
With this in mind, I highly doubt he'd be worried, especially with the many assets provided by his armor.
