Since today's Halloween I carved two pumpkins
They're based on Death Troopers book cover

It seems that I came back to more cartoonish look this year. Both considering my Easter eggs and my gingerbreads
This year's edition features: Fennec Shand, Boba Fett, Din Djarin (The Mandalorian) and Grogu (Baby Yoda)!

Made the Build-A-Bear Boba (Bearba) Fett. Decided to scale down items from Thingiverse and accessorize my new friend. A little EE-3 is currently printing. Will post painted results in a few days

This year I went for something more traditional with my gingerbreads
Also I learned the new technique of copying design to a cookie which might open some new possibilities for me next year! We'll see what I'll do with it
Anyhow, this year's edition includes characters from the Book of Boba Fett. I'm especially proud of the way Tusken Raider cookie turned out <3

I'm quite late with my gingerbread cookies this year but I decided on a very complex pattern and it took me a whole day!

I almost only made the Mandalrorian Easter Egg but luckily I've found time and inspiration to do the Boba Fett one as well!
This year's design is inspired by the most known Polish pottery design - Bolesławiec pottery. I've actually been blessed with opportunity to visit a real pottery workshop in Bolesławiec and try out making such designs myself!
But it wasn't the thing that inspired me to try out this approach. Actually I thought out about this idea when I saw a mural promoting the Mandalorian series which was proudly painted in Wrocław city. It was designed by Jakub Kamiński and I strongly recommend checking out his artwork (for example here -> https://www.behance.net/kaminsky). And of course if you never heard about the Bolesławiec pottery I would also recommend checking it out for yourselves! ;)
