Hope your holiday went well.
i hate family emergencies considering im 13 but every month one of my family memebers dies. my sister died last month a week b4 christmas and i loved her more than anything so my life sucks great big bat toes right now TT_TT
sorry if i make u guys depressed.
im sorry about your sister
J. Death, especially within the family happens when you least expect it. And being thirteen is one of the most important years of your life--you're maturing from childhood into adulthood, your beginning high school, and it is also when you realise how important those around you suddenly become. While I was in highschool, I lost friends, family members and teachers. You realise how fragile we are and how much we take for granted--all that you think is important changes when it matters between life and death. However, this is the time when you can grow and learn from these things. It is easy to allow negativity and depression set in, but in time you will become a much stronger individual. This is a hard step to climb, but know that there are those who understand and share the grief you feel. I know you are young, but read Seneca's Letters From a Stoic, or even C.S. Lewis' writings such as Mere Christianity, the Screwtape Letters, or The Great Divorce.

That is sad, how old your sister was?
sorry if i make u guys depressed.
don't say things like that...you tell us these things because you want to, and that you need to as well. There is nothing wrong with letting emotions out--especially in the culture we live in, we need to cry, laugh and share ourselves with others more.
my sis was 21
I'm so sorry J. *hugs* It always hurts to loose a loved one. Dont fear to express what just happens to be part of life right now. I won't speak for everyone, just in case, but i don't mind if you vent to your hearts content. Let it out, and you might feel a little better.
I agree with Si. Sometimes it feels good to just say everything there is to say about it. I do that. I keep a notebook and whenever I feel really bad I write whatever I want, no matter how dark, how depressing, how poor the spelling and grammar. Just telling someone, anyone, even a notebook, about everything is something everyone needs to do. You might cry, and it might hurt, but once you're done you take a deep breath, and as you breath out imagine all the bad leaving on that breath. And then you realize you feel better, emptier of everything that was bringing you pain. I am sorry for you, about your sister. I know it's hard to be strong right now, but we're all here to help you. We'll support you and hold you up, and in time, you'll realize you're able to walk on your own again.
Oh God, I've been away WAY too long. I feel horrible I am just hearing about this now! Oh Mel, I am so happy to hear your Dad is doing well!
Geez J sounds like you've had a bad time, you have my sympathies *hugs*.
Looks like Dad will be seeing an better specialist in late January so hopefully they can do something more for him than simply wait and see - fingers crossed!
Good that your father is fine, Mel.
i cried my eyes out in history class today. the reason is because i missed all my family memebers that died and alot of other reasons i rly dont wanna talk about
Aw, I'm sorry J. I wish there was more I could do than just say sorry. *hugs*
thanks
Yeah Go Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Got Over My Sadness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah Go Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Got Over My Sadness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am pleased to hear that. sadness can be a tough thing to overcome.
now im listening to "look what you've done" not "what i've done". for some reason "look what you've done" makes me happy
My Mom fell and hit her head and got a concussion, and I was the only one home. It was like 6 or 7 in the morning. That's why I havn't been on for so long. she's better now though. I know how you feel when you lose a sibling friend, I had a sister die several years ago, and a brother two years later. I never got to meet them either. It still makes me stop...
