I wanted to make a Boba Fett suit but didn't want to try to outdue the Fett man so I thought I would pay my dues as a cutom instead. My characters name is Bocus Jai and my story is on the Mandalorian Mercs site in the Mercs Wikki if anyone wants to see it. Hope you like it. Thanks.
10/10, maby if you plan to use the (IS THAT A MASTER REPLICA HELMET?????????????(totaly freaks out)) helmet it would be way cool if you could find a way to make a sort of slip cover, that you could paint and put it over the helmet, therefore, getting kustom kolorz, and protecting the helmet.
Like a plastic mold of helmet, with out the T visor fits just right, costom colored, probably like vacum molded like on mythbusters.

All the soft parts and armour and bucket I made myself. I sewed all the soft parts. The helmet and armour are from WOF templates and I made it all out of 18 guage stainless steel. No it's not heavy. and yes I welded it myself too. The helmet in the story of my character is taken right from boba Fett when he died as he was my mentor. How'd you make the dome on the helmet?
I can tell u how to just get a bmx helmet and fill in the holes or go to instructables web site and u can templates to print .when u r at the site go to search type in boba fett and you will bring up a fett helmet and a costume...
But I think Bocus made his from scratch....
