Anyway, I say Unicron.
Not only is he the size of a planet, he has no problem destroying and eating it, just because he can. He can transform into an equally powerful robot. He's not known as the Chaos Bringer for nothing, being the Cybertronian "Satan." (Seriously. Primus is the Cybertronian "God.")
I like Unicron a lot more, but I have to go with Galactus. I'm pretty sure that he is nigh-omnipotent.

Well, I hust got done watching the Transformers movie on DVD, AND the Fantastic four Rise of the Silver Surfer...............and thats how it came to me.
I think it would be Galactus since he can practicly "inhale" planet, and Unicron is basicly a large robot planet.

Thats pretty true, I mean........Unicron trusted nobody, not even optimus or hot rod. If Galactus is retarded enough to give the silver Surver HIS own power.......than I think he might be retarded enough to lose to Unicron. Plus, if the silver surver would be AGAINST Galactus......than Unicron would have a MASSIVE advantage.

The surfer only had a portion of the power galactus had. He definately didn't have the power to destroy him. In the true story he just drove him off and Galactus exiled him to stay on Earth.
I say Galactus though... because if Galactus dies, evils beyond measures are unleashed. Not to mention the only way he can "die" is when he runs out of planets to feed on. And he has the power to do, pretty much anything he wants. Including transporting and destroying whole galaxies...
This is really tough. They are both almost identical. But I'd say Galactus because he can reform himself after being destroyed (Infinity Wars), and has tools like the ultimate nullifier. Which is so powerful it can destroy entire time lines. And his eyes are cooler.
I essentially agree with Sev. Well, except for the eyes part; I don't really care about the eyes. They are about even, though. Although the end results of killing Galactus are probably a tad more devastaing than killing Unicron.
Phhh. Of course his eyes are cooler. Like how much cooler can you get than squares!

Although that didnt happen in the Fantastic Four movie????...............I guess I'll go with Galactus: Final choice. Galactus in the Movie is made up of gases and all kinds of elements, which will kill a pile of scrap heap anyday.
BUT IF WE WERE TALKING ABOUT THE COMICBOOK GALACTUS..................then Unicron would win because I just simply think the comic Galactus is gay.
