I need your help, plz

here is what I do when I have a problem with coming up with an idea:   
1. Listen to a song. if you can find some soundtracts or even video game music that would be great.
2. as you listen think of what you see. (if it helps you can close your eyes) for instance with "Carol of the bells" I see someone running and jumping from roof top to roof top and every once and a while when there is a big forte (or increase in the music) I see and explosion.
3.Then I think. I think to myself "What is he/she running from?" "Who is he/she?" "Who is makeing the explosions?" and so on. Let your imagination go and listen to what it says. If you already have a character then you know who the "he/she" is and you can just think on the other parts.
4. Write. Go for it! and you can alays listen to more songs.

( I am a composer and this is what we want our songs to do, we want our song to make someone feel a sertaint way or have them see a picture that we want to get across. That's why soo many songs are used over and over again in the same scenario for instance the "Toccata and Fugue in d minor -by Bach" http://www.vimeo.com/132554 is always used in horror movies (the old ones at least) thats because it's suposed to make you feel weird and it's somewhat scary.)
so just use music as it was ment to be used and you'll do fine.

You could write about a guy, who ate a sandwich, which was actually the most important member of some species, then as a result of that earth gets invaded and then some stuff happens....or whatever.
