Re: Boba Fett verses Richard B. Riddick

None the less, my postition stands.  Fett would win; he has survived a large nuber of "impossible" situations, and is a master strategist (as stated earlier).  I think that he'd be thinking of a foolproof plan to defeat Riddick WHILE fighting Riddick.  It makes sense, in a way.

Due to maintenance problems, the light at the end of the tunnel will not be in operation today.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Re: Boba Fett verses Richard B. Riddick

Riddick is just as much of a stratagist; he would be doing the same thing.

take it easy baby take it as it comes

If I may say so, Boba Fett is more intelligient; one might say he has a...mastery, I guess you could say, over sentient creatures.

Re: Boba Fett verses Richard B. Riddick

So does Riddick. Several times in the series he predicts exactly what other characters will do or have done. He also has a mastery over non-sentient creatures; in the "Chronicles of Riddick," he was able to make vicious, hungry dog-esque animals leave him, while they were looking for food. Riddick is extremely intelligent. His intelligence is equal to or greater than Boba's.

Even think about there training; Boba was trained by one of the worst bounty hunters in history for a while, while Riddick was trained by a military force to be able to commit genocide.

So now you're trying to say that Boba isn't as good as Riddick because his dad was Jango? Sorry, not buying it. Jango may have trained Boba, but he learned all his important stuff on his own.

I also see why you would say Riddick is smart, but why is he as smart or smarter than Boba? I'm not disagreeing on this point, just trying to see where you are coming from. It is tough to tell who would be more cunning as they are on the opposite side of the spectrum. One is a bounty hunter who always outsmarts his prey, the other is the hunted who always outsmarts the hunter.

Good... Bad... I'm the one with the gun.
Hail to the King Baby!!

Re: Boba Fett verses Richard B. Riddick

I suppose I did not word the training part correctly; I was trying to say that Riddick is exeptionally trained.

Riddick has escaped from plenty of triple maximum security prisons, which I would assume (I have yet to read "No Disinegrations, Please") is roughly equal to out-manuvering an Imperial garrison. Riddick also seems to be able to masterfully control any ship he comes in contact with.

Worst bounty hunters in history? Jango was the best in the prequel trilogy, and 2nd best in all the movies put together. I daresay he is a little better than you think.

To each his own. Anyways, we already have topics for a discussion such as that.

Ah yes what I meant to say was that Boba was trained by a formidable bounty hunter the first few years and the rest he learned by himself, makeing him a considerable threat I suppose you could say.
