i actually started laughing. lucas understands nothing of his own creation...How can he not understand his own creations maybe u dont understand his creations....
that is a posibility.
i suppose before the prequels i thought yoda would fight using the environment around him. IMHO i thought that it would have been cool if yoda just sort of stood there and his opponent had to content with objects flying at him...etc.
i did think it was comical for a hobbling jedi to all of a sudden turn into the most spry character in the universe.
whats next vader striking down kenobi and then break dancing?
someone like maul on the other hand...is an acrobat, he is in his prime.
For me it has to be when a solo kamikaze fighter took out Vader’s super star destroyer.
I agree with Devil Gril on this matter....
That lizard monkey from Jabba's Palace
and Jango's Death, I hate the character but come on, slightly anti-climatic
Oh and the line "Sand storms are very, very dangerous" worst acting ever!
Any scene where C3PO speaks........he annoys me.
The third prequel, at the end, when Vader does the overdramatic "Nooo!" Actually, a lot of that prequel made me cringe because of the onslaught of CG work. But it was the no that was the ick factor. Luke did it, and it was fine because I hadn't seen it quite like that beforehand... But after Luke, it became cheesy.

nicely put.
having watched the trilogy recently and no longer a child, as an adult i think the series went wrong the moment the first ewok walked on screen.
i get it ewoks r cute. but at that moment and it carried on to the new trilogy...*sighs*. it seemed to be geared for kids and the marketing of toys for small children.
we find out vader is an emo teenager that build asexual translator driods.
boba is not one of a kind...but alas one of many.
ok, im done ranting...(turns on adult swim)

That's funny. My mother ended up not liking the prequels because she expected something more of Vader than what was put out there. (And I have to agree with her in that one.)
It was a bit disappointing, that whole "journey to the Dark Side" for him. My mother said that she expected a series of horrible and tragic events that forced him to become the hardened half man/ half machine that he was, but nothing like that really happened.
I guess that's another Star Wars thing that I didn't like. Vader shouldn't have been made to be such a wuss when he was growing up. (And all those horrible love lines with Padme... Ugh.)
I think the worst part of the saga was when Leia said to Han " I love you" . Because at that moment i knew I could never be as tough as solo and that my chances with the Princess were lost forever. sob!

I totally agree. I had visions of Anakin as a young pilot, probably in his late teens or early twenties who was a figher pilot in some sort of war. Then he'd come across Padme (or whoever Luke & Leia's mother was supposed to be), she'd be a fighter/soldier and they'd fall in love.
Then Anakin would be found by Obi-Wan and learn the ways of the Jedi, then turn to the dark side for something more than simply being a paranoid moron. Then he and Padme would be at odds with each other. She'd hide the twins and be killed in battle (Leia remembered her mother, how could she if she only spent one minute with her when she was born. To have any memory of a parent I think you'd have to be at least 3 or 4).
I think Padme dying after childbirth was one of the lamest ways the story could go. She was supposed to be a spitfire of a woman, surely that sort of character would protect their children, even if they were depressed to find out their husband had been brainwashed into evil ways.
And about that, it's pretty obvious that Padme and Anakin had a doomed relationship. They must never have really talked. If they did Padme would have seen the writing on the wall. All they did was say: "I love you" "No I love you" "but I love you more" ick

I agree.
Bless him but film romance is not one of George’s strong points.
It WAS one of the lamest ways the story could go. You'd think Padme could have at least lived long enough to see Luke and Leia into early childhood.
I agree with the "NOOOO!" towards the end of EPIII. I can't help but laugh at the rediculousness ( I don't think I even spelled that right) of that scene. I also thought the death of Chewbacca was stupid. I was appalled that someone would ever consider killing him off. He's one of my favorites. Really almost all the deaths, with an exception of Darth Maul's to me because he was bested in combat, were weak as deaths go. Padame very easily could have died literally protecting her young children from the empire or in support of the rebellion.
according to Leia, Padme did see her in childhood, but not Luke because he was swept away with Obi.
i really hate the "don't underestimate my powers! OWW!" by anakin
I agree with Fett II
Welcome to the baords.sticky.
when anakin's mom said "I'm so very proud of you"
HELLO, HORRIBLE ACTING!
The whole idea behind Anakin's mom was poor writing in my book. The could have done a far better job with her.
It could have been quite the drama. Which I feel its was anticlamatic the way GL exicuted it.

I actually thought that was really sweet.
as forementioned by other members above.. Vader's EP3 "NOOO" totally takes the cake.
...and I can't believe somebody here voted for Salacious Crumb (..the "lizard monkey? lol) he's a legend! how could you?! hehe
Boba's Death
+100.. they make him out to look like a totally uncoordinated moron. I really wish they'd put a clip in the SE showing him flying out of the Sarlacc...
