Yes.  I also (as previously mentioned) think that the next-gen systems shouldn't be the only ones the game is limited to (PS2/X-Box for example).  I'd also like the game to focus more on the character as a "cog in the wheel" so to speak.  Almost every other SW game has you as a commander/leader/hero type of character.  The whole reason I like BF1 was the fact that it put you into the shoes of a standard grunt, just another soldier, as opposed to an irreplacable Jedi Hero.  In BF2, personally, I think they muffed it.  I NEVER play as the heroes during a "conquest" mission; that'd be turning BF into another hero character game, and defeat the allure of it.

I think if you were to do heros don't make them Jedi. For example, with the republic, make a clone commander as the hero for the relevant planet. For example, Cody for Utupa, Bacara for mygeeto etc. And maybe in non-story mission get to pick the battalion you want.

That would be cool.  It would be pretty cool with order sixty-six.  What timeline do you think this would take place in?  You've already done all the movie stuff, maybe now we could throw in a little bit of EU?

id love too to be able to do order 66.Half way through a battle and then it pops up. it would be cool to have the battle munilinst, jabim and the courscant, i.e on the planet and in the streets rather than the jedi temple.

Another thing id like to see, it heros have health like regular troops, rather than the lightsaber bar

a heads up btw:

That article on Wikipedia is merely a rumor, LucasArts may or may not continue the Battlefront series, as they've pretty much kicked Pandemic in the nuts. However, a rumor was spread that Free Radical and LucasArts would develop a trilogy game. But, they worked together to make Force Unleashed.

another FYI: if anyone here owns the PC version of Star Wars: Battlefront II (such as myself), visit the sites www.swbffiles.com and www.gametoast.com , you will find that most of your requests have been made for the game.

I have Star Wars Battlefront 2 and i gotta say....... I love it smile.  I think number 3 should have more heroes and villains.  They only have a thin variety of heroes and villains.  They should put in more uncommon people like Kit Fisto and Agen Kolar.  they should also make more classes.  SO that's what I think, but who knows? It could be alot better........ or alot worse. tongue

i want to pick up weapons.. i played the psp version of battle front 2 and they dont have the 501st but they have this thing called rouge assassin where u are a clone with a jet pack and a regular blaster rifle. i really want to be able to do that. possibly duel wield...

er, if u play swbf2 for the pc, they have jet troopers with rifles.

Yes pick up weapons would be great I hate how they just disappear. Also you should be able to lie down again ( sniper galore) and you should be able to do physical attacks, like hitting people with your blaster or something.

The whole one gear of war thing is cool, but I still think they should have more characters. Like Bossk or IG-88!!! How freak'n amazing would it be to play as IG-88!!! Also to be able to pilot the Slave 1 in both era's. And im not completly sure if you can already do this in BF2 but also to play as Ben Kenobi...cool...

mods man, get mods. this is why more people need the PC version, all your questions have been answered! and Battlefront 3 is coming out for ONLY XBOX 360 and PC in like 2009 or next year.

But alas, to get good quality on a PC you must be willing to pay several hundreds of dollars for a good quality video, sound card and processor.  And that's what I'm after.  So for now I'll stick with HDMI thank you.  Not that I have it.

Honestly,I prefer my pc.Now that I will give it for upgrade,it will match Playstation 3 graphics.

Yeah the graphics play a big role for me.I have played Oblivion at the highest quality,and that says a lot.

last i heard they were working on an "unnamed" lucas arts project.
