Topic: POTF2 Signed Boba Fett Green Box

Hey everyone,

I was wondering how much you would consider a POTF2 Boba Fett figure would be valued at? This one is in the box, in a sealed plactic bag, and is signed by Jeremy Bulloch. I look forward to your feedback!

Great question. The POTF2 had several green-boxed items, but it sounds like it's one of these:

If not, here's the list of all of them:

Generally speaking, Jeremy Bulloch's autograph certainly increases the value. The condition of the box/card and plastic all factor in as well. There are places that "grade" the condition, but that happens more with very vintage (circa 1979 - 1985 Boba Fett collectibles) rather than the Renaissance in the 1990's of new collectibles.

Take a look at eBay for the price of the base collectible, average the numbers of ones with actual bids, and then mark it up a bit because of the autograph.

This is the one that I have:

The plastic at the top left corner looks like someone stored something heavy atop it, as there is some slight crush to the frame, and the bottom right corner of the box is slightly bent out of place, also.

Thank you for your quick response!

Geti, glad to hear! It looks like the current pulse is a low demand for that particular figure. eBay has many of them right now in great condition -- unautographed -- and not fetching bids even around $10-15. That said, online auction at any given point in time isn't the best indicator of demand or value.

Perhaps holding on to the figure for a while longer and keeping it in as good of condition as possible could fetch more in the future. There seems to just be a lot of unloading of the toy right now given the increased demand from Disney's new push since taking over Lucasfilm and churning out new films, merchandise, and more.
