My hope is for Centurions, just to see how badly it translates from cartoon to live-action.
If I remember there is a rumour they're planning to remake Footloose.
I think I'll rank GI Joe as a generic movie as opposed to a bad movie.
they're also doing a remake of red dawn.
That's one I'm wating to see. As awesome as the original was, it didn't have a LOT of budget. Would be really interesting to see that one re-vamped into a big budget production. I love alternate reality material like that, and Red Dawn was always one of my favorites. The old EA Games Freedom Fighters game was an amazing piece of work that could very well have been linked to Red Dawn - almost the exact same backstory and plot, just in NY City instead of the Colorado countryside
However, I'm just worried that they''ll butcher the original pro-America spirit behind the first movie...
But back on topic,
I havn't seen GI Joe yet, though I'm considering it. I've heard a lot of bad press, and the idea of a movie that's based on action figures..... but the concept has SOME merit, and some of the Cobra dude are waring some ripped off Army of Two style masks, so I'm really interested in checking those dudes out - might find some new inspirations for my own Army of Two creations
