Re: The Dark Knight *WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*

I loved Tommy Lee Jone's Two Face.  That Batman with Val Kilmer was the only Batman movie I liked before the new ones.  I'm not sure they could pull off a Mr. Freeze or a Penguin that would live up to the more realistic setting that the new Batman movies have.  But then, if they can make the Joker realistic..........who knows

The penguin?  Seriously?  Care to explain why?  Honestly he's been my least favourite.  His demeanor has never appealed to me.

He is funny and could also be dark like in the new ones. And i like his theatrical sense. And for me he beats Bane by a mile.

But if they stuff the penguin i will be sad, they nned to make him dark and evil but also funny, like his penguin walk and all that. And if they make him only fat and not huge like in B Returns then he will be great.

Ironic hey, i hate Bane and he's my least fav and his your fav and you hate Penguin as your worst and Bane your best.

Re: The Dark Knight *WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*

Bane to me has the elements of a perfect villain.  He's strong but has the intelligence to match someone as Ra's al Ghul.  He's one of the most successful of Batman's villains being the only one to knock him out for such a time (besides the recent Batman R.I.P. where some person turns Batman into a crack addict which is a different story in itself).  To be able to outfight and incapacitate him for such a time was genius.  Then Azrael came in who was pretty cool.

That might be another good one.  Azrael.  Too lazy to think how they would make it a good movie.

I already know who the next villain (sort of) will be, it is Catwoman. Kinda lame. Chistopher Nolan wants Cher to play her. I hope he changes his mind.

Re: The Dark Knight *WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*

It's not definitely Catwoman.  That isn't 100% confirmed.

MoviesOnline: You’ve done Scarecrow, you’ve done Joker, Ra’s Al Ghul, and now Two-Face, if you were to do a third film, which characters would you like to tackle?

DAVID GOYER: We’re not going to tell you other than to say Batman has been published for 70 years. In the first movie we used Ra’s Al Ghul and the Scarecrow who had not been in the movies before and had not been in the 60s TV show and there are dozens, if not hundreds of other characters that fit that bill. Everyone says you have to use the Penguin or Catwoman. Well, I completely disagree.

This doesn't really say anything against Catwoman, it says that there are many others to do besides the ones you've seen over and over again.

I think his point there was that you don't HAVE to follow what the majority has done. If you want to add a character that doesn't show up in the other movies often (if at all), you can. I don't think he was saying that the usual bad guys won't be there. I mean, we DID just get the Joker in the last one. That right there is proof that they're using the regular people.

Reality doesn't care if you believe in it.

Re: The Dark Knight *WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*

Plus even if they did Catwoman, Nolan would probably have another villain as well seeing that as far as i can think of a Batman movie, including Nolan's, has had two villains.

Agreed, he might pull one of the as yet unseen villans from one of the comics just to be 'unique,' but I doubt he/she won't be backed up by one of the standard baddies we've Seen before

Re: The Dark Knight *WARNING MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS*

there's a possibility of The Riddler and Catwoman being in the next movie.

Wierd, when I first saw TDK i thought it was overrated but after a few days  came to love it and not think it was over-rated, in short i liked more after a while than i did immediatly. Now i think the Dark Knight is perfect and the best film of 2008 by a mile.
