Its all kind of depending. For many years I always considered my self alligned with the rebel alliance ( i mean the have the cooler insignia and Wedge Antillies 
) But now a days I don't think I really am Allianced with any one cause. ( Sort of like Boba i guess... )

Too bad bounty hunter is not on the list. Anywho, I would go with the Galactic Republic and the Sith Armada.

Out of the ones listed, definitely the Grand Army of the Republic. Clone troopers are so cool, especially commandos and ARCs.
