It's not illegal because first of all you can google it for every home made explosive instruction ever created. Also, they have books (including "The Pyro's guide to burning and blowing stuff up") that everyone can buy at any common retailer.
As to weather its allowed on THIS forum, i have no idea.

Hmm, I'd get to the top of a tall building and cook zombie's with a rocket launcher hehehe. Or the old shotgun to the head seems fairly effective - at least in Resident Evil.

get a weapon (preferably a cricket bat ) and hold out in my house. Keep a car fueld, get a TON of non-perishables. baricade. Or head tp the nearest military instilation. (are these slow zombies? (dead rising, shaun of the dead? Or fast zombies, Dawn of the Dead?)

i'd finally get to unleash my sharpshooting skills , so most likely id stay in my house with the windows boarded up and like ductape my dog's mouth shut because he barks at intruders, but yeah. it'd be kinda like in I Am Legend for me.

No, no, not with sound. Treat train them. Feed them good food, for listening, if they are disobedent lock em up. Alway remain behind a fence, with a loaded shotgun

I'd just roll my sleeve back and input the special code into my wrist mounted computer, enabling the nuclear anitmatter self destruct and ending the zombie threat... I of course wouldn't die because I have like 3 lives left and im about to reach 100000 points granting me a another life...

The first thing I'd do about a zombie outbreak would be... making as many molotov cocktails as I can.
Then I'd find a lot of food, a place that's easy to defend, gather some friends (and tell them all to bring a weapon) and wait for the army to arrive.

That's pretty easy. I have several guns in my house. I would use my 20 gauge pump. (12 gauge is a little to strong for me)
Of course, science could prove that a zombie invasion could never happen, and they would all poof away in a puff of smoke.
But no one likes science anyway.

You ever see the remake of Dawn of the Dead? If you wait a bit, thete are some bits after part of the credits. Their on the boat, and they get to the island. Which is infested with Zombies. Also, they run out of fuel.
