X-box live + xbox 360 = One of the greatest achievements in modern technology. Those who are non believers probably don't understand the power it has. You can rent movies, download and play demos and trailers, voice & video chat, keep track of friends, listen to music or watch videos from your pc, and with media center hooked up it is pretty much a tivo, you can also play games with other people across the globe... almost forgot that 1.

Microsoft is not the greatest company ever... or anywhere close to it, but it gets the job done. It's not like Sony is any better anyway. I still have my grudge against SOE (sony Online Entertainment) for destroying Star Wars Galaxies.

My gamertag is: Lord Revan BFFC (Hey, I didn't know that you couldn't change it without paying) but if anyone on here does want to be my friend, send me a PM so I can verify it.
I like alot of things about Microsoft, and it's a BIG company. Heck, something like 80% of Personal Computers and latops run on Windows. (don't quote me on that) The only thing I don't like is they charge for everything. as I said up there. But I guess the added security compensates for that.

Xbox Live is awesome and by far the best online service for any console. I only got online about 2 months ago and i'm realy enjoying it smile

XBox lin\ve may be awesome, but until Halo 3 comesout or Galaxies gets released for the 360 (We need an MMO)  It's not the best thing ever.  That title falls to Haribo Brand Gummy Bears.

If they made Haribo Gummy Bears Downloadable content,  Xbox Live would be the official awesomest thing ever.

I only wish I was having an easier time get the hard system up to get the live running for my box. The set up at my house is stupid, and I cant change or fix that, so I have a friend working on figuring out how. Let's just say he's not that motovated and so I don't have it yet. When I get my 360 though ( which will be in time for the Force Unleasehed) it will. Then I know I'll end up hosting many Halo parties.

I don't have a x-box but I do do a bit of online playing for the pc.

Just found out that 3 days of Xbox Live will be free for everyone in lieu of Halo 3 release.  September 25-27, mark your calendars boys and girls.  See you all at the battlefield.  By the way my gamertag is Sergeant Soren.

my gamer tag thingy is jessefett if any of y'all wanna add me big_smile . I dont actualy have Xbox live, but I got Windows Live which is the same, except theres only 2 games for it....which really really suck
