Again, depends on the scenario. George Lucas would let Obi Wan win of course.
However, I would go with Boba. What did you think I would say?

boba has a high probability of winning, but obi-wan is a jedi, and no one except a sith can kill a jedi

Lol yes they can Boba has killed many jedi.

Grievous has killed many Jedi, the 501st killed Jedi, heck everyone has killed Jedi.

I dunno, Obi-Wan is pretty skilled and he doesn't let his emotions get in the way of things (unlike Anakin). So I think it would be a fairly even match. However I think Boba would probably have the upper hand, because of his arsonal and variety of fighting techniques.

Off topic, there are many bounty hunters that have killed jedis for instance, bossk

I seriously doubt Bossk has. I know that Aurra Sing has, but then she does hate Jedi and is kinda a Dark Jedi herself. As for the others of Boba's era, I seriously doubt it. I think Bossk would somehow manage to shoot himself when firing at the Jedi
