It depends on the circumstances.
If it were in the open terrain, then it would be Boba.
If it were in the jungle, then it would be the Ewoks.

Those Ewoks can take down Imperial Walkers with a rock and a vine, But then again Boba has a bunch of weapons that can instantly toast an Ewok.
I'd say it'd be a tie.

they would all die... Boba would shoot his jet pack missile at them while they simulatniously throw rocks and Sticks 
at him then there would be a huge explosion caused by the powerful rocks and the missile and it would create a huge shockwave destroying endor as we know it... i made that all up now.

Ewoks would still win because while Boba is flying on his jetpack they would either kill him with poison darts or use that smash thing they killed the walker with.
