(ROTS) the clones and anakin would not betray the jedi there would be a huge fight scene with the jedi, clones vs. the sepreatists and dooku and grevious where the seperatists die, all the jedi die, the clone troopers become the storm troopers, and anakin has a big accident where he becomes vader. There were plenty of Jedi at one point, and nearly alll were misled. Bounty Hunters, the more the merrier doesn't really apply

Wow, a very interesting *and sadly very dead* topic.
Assuming I had Lucas in my ear telling me what he would do, I would have had the original trilogy and the new one fit a little better. For instance, Luke isn't too old, he's WAY to old based on what we know about the Jedi now. I'd either edit and say you don't need to be so young to start, or just admit that Luke sucks as a Jedi cause he started so late and knows so little.
Of course, NO Jar Jar or Ewoks. The Gungans could have been a good idea if they didn't act and sound so stupid. I would have changed that somehow.
I like Jango, and wouldn't have changed much except little tid-bits about the fight scenes. And *since it's me making this* would have added something based on my idea for my FanFic; that he accepted the contract so he could alter the clones to make them Mandos who he could take control of later and make them into Mandos. Maybe he gets caught and fails, but I would have had that in there somewhere.
And of course more Boba in the original trilogy. Complete rewrite of the battle over the Sarlacc fight. Boba would have been in a staring role there rather then just a *attempted* slightly amusing sideshow. I probably would have had him stay on the barge and had him try to snipe the others.
Many other ideas mentioned above I would also incorperate; less whiny Anikan, better death for Grievous, Boba killing Mace, all those and some I probably forgot would be good ideas

I couldn't make Star Wars. George Lucas did too good of a job for me to make it. And honestly, if I made it, it would be horrible

What if I made SW? hmmm... well like many have said I think it would be very different because I would have to think of it from scratch. Now if you said Wat if Lucas asked you to edit star wars (I think this is what you meant.) I would say it would be very different.
Do to time restraints I can't post it now but I will later.

If I could change the existing Star Wars films I would change the Han Solo/Greedo scene so that Han shoots first again

I have grown up in a world where there has always been Star Wars, as it exists now. Its hard for me to think about how I would have fused so many different ideas into one huge massive mind blowing idea seems far fetched for a blonde. Star Wars is Star Wars because of its creator(s).
Now what would I choose to do differently inside the created vehicle?
Someone was saying that the dislike the elaborate costumes that Amidala had in EPI. I LOVE Trisha Beggar's costumes. I would have kept much of that style going in every movie. ( I am a unfulfilled fashion designer.)
Chewbacca wouldn't have died. Period. Anakin Solo and Mara Jade... ditto.
Boba would have put up more of a fight, and certainly not die. In general he'd have a larger role too.
I'd also explain more about the force and have more blatant displays of its power. At least of cool Sith like Maul.
Lastly I'd fix the Imperials from looking such gosh- darn 70's looking. Make them look more "galactic"

MARA JADE IS DEAD??? WHEN THE HELL DID THAT HAPPEN??? *not that it's hard i would have missed it; havn't ready any of the novels out there with few exceptions

OOPS! Sorry Alor, I think that's in a book, but one of those I haven't read. If its not true than I apologize for misinformation. This is just going by what I've heard others on this site complain about. i would fix that as she's rockin by my book.

Mara Jade MIGHT have been killed by Jacen Solo. the books are not clear on what exactly happened.
