If Boba Fett had a car it would have to be fast but at same time inconspicuous and rather spartan like his ship is.

I agree with Sharra Fett - fast but low-key. Of course he wouldn't drive an ugly car either. Something like a bullet-proof chevelle SS on run-flat tires.
