Topic: 1970's Kenner Prototype rocket firing Boba Fett figure

This guy has been around for a while, and he's always overpriced the stuff he has for sale, but I was actually pretty impressed he had one of these for sale.  With a certificate of authenticity, to boot.

Now all I have to do is put a second morgage on the house and sell the soul of my firstborn to the devil, just so I can afford it.  I can't believe they're actually worth this much, but then, I've never seen one for sale before.  So, who knows?

I apologize fo my ignorance. Hopefully I will think more clearly when school starts. I am actually fairly suprised that the price is not more, as that is one of the most saught after figures.

Re: 1970's Kenner Prototype rocket firing Boba Fett figure

ask him. They're probably worth a fortune, but I doubt any fettfan would sell Fett for chump change.

Re: 1970's Kenner Prototype rocket firing Boba Fett figure

My friend had one of those way back in the 5th grade, his dad had given it to him. I had almost convinced him to sell it to me for 20 dollars when he moved away. Its been a long time but i still remember

You can get more of what you want with a kind word and a gun than with just a kind word.

Of course there's a difference between this one for $18K and the normally released figure, loose at antique stores for $20. This prototype is practically one of a kind.
