Hm, that is tough... Anakin reached the Council youngest, but he never reached master... I will have to think on this question...

Youngest master, and in the council?
I'd probably have to say Mace. He wasn't that old compared to most others in the council (especially considering he was human, which in the Star Wars universe didn't have much of a life expectency past 150-160), yet he had already risen to be one of the heads of it. Thus, he must have entered the council many years prior.
However, if you merely mis-typed your question, and meant "youngest to join the council", it'd be Anakin.

As far as I know Shatterpoint says Mace joined the council before he was 30, and as Anakin said, "How can you be on the council and not be a master?" So, Mace is probably the youngest of those on the coucnil to be made a master. Obi wasn't too far off though, he was in his mid-late 30s.

But Mace is not a very whiny fellow.
I believe bigcheese confused being on the Council with being a Master, as Anakin C-3P0, and Luke Skywalker are the only Star Wars characters with a reputation for being whiny.

Yeah, and Yaddle is a yoda creature right. So i would think that she has been alive along time and thus was quite old when she joined the council. Am i right?

Yes, snd she was about 400 when she joined the council, but the character guide says that that's very young for her species.

I thought so too.
Its stupid though because when Episode 1 came out, you could find out who was on the council really easily, but they didn't do sections on it in the Episode 2 or Episode 3 books...
At least not as far as I know....
