Topic: Have an avatar picked out but can’t get it to work

I have an avatar that I want use but I don’t know how to get it to the allowed size. I know nothing about gifs or anything so I have no idea how to get this picture to work. Suggestions?

Great question!

Try using https://ezgif.com/optimize to scale and optimize a GIF. It's a free, easy site to use that does a ton of cool things like that.

If still problematic, try uploading it as a post reply, which doesn't have a limitation, and I'd be happy to do the steps for you to add it within the constraints for an avatar.
