The TIE pilot who goes flying out of his ship in ESB during the asteroid field, it made me laugh.

I must admit that Darth Mauls death is impressive and Palpatine went out in style as well.

Another one that I find amusing though is in the Empire strikes back. When Luke is about to go out and attack the At-AT’s the guy who is with him says that he feels like he could take on the whole Empire but he barely lasts ten minutes before he nibbles it.
