Topic: Boba Fett VS. Jango Fett

Jango Fett died in the Battle of Geonosis - By Mace Windu.
Boba Fett swears revenge on General Windu, but Mace is killed by Palpaine, not Boba.
Later on, Boba follows his father's footsteps, and beomes a bounty hunter. He falls in the Sarlacc Pit, but blasts and "kills" the Sarlacc Pit. So who will win if they had to fight each other? Of course - Boba Fett would! Boba and Jango have the same Mandalorian armor, but Boba Fett has way cooler moves than Jango. Plus, Boba was meant to be a clone! So Boba totally wins - from my point of view.

bobafettfan, nice idea! Are you comparing Jango at the age he was in Episode II, and Boba Fett at the age he was in Empire or Jedi? Or do you mean Young Boba Fett, versus Jango Fett?

From my understanding of the two, I see Boba Fett as more of a stalker, sniper long range hunter. Jango Fett seems to be more of a close combat attacker. Anyways I think Boba Fett would win only because he a higher reputation

Definitely Boba Fett. Jango trained him to be better, and Boba has more experience seeing as he has lived longer then Jango Fett.

I'm gonna call it for Jango on this one.

As much as I love Boba, Jango killed six jedi with his bare hands on galidraan. I've read about Boba taking on Vader, but, still six jedi with bare hands is pretty masterful.

"Open Seasons" sure was a great comic book series.

However, given Boba Fett's larger profile and overall lifespan as an active bounty hunter, Boba sure has a larger kill list. Also, we saw various villains in the prequels easily kill Jedi.

Here's one thing that I managed to figure out. Boba Fett can NOT be a clone of Jango. Boba is 6' 1" tall and Jango is only 5' 7" and when I think of the fact that Boba's impressive, intimidating original voice was changed to Jango's voice it only further pisses me off!
