Topic: Anyone know where this is from?

Hello there!

Forgive me if this isn't in the right board, but considering it's probably a fan comic, hopefully I stuck it in the right place. 

Anyway, I was browsing around tumblr when I saw a scan of this:
 

Now, I'm a pretty big collector of Boba Fett comics (probably have more of a majority than not.), but haven't seen anything like this before.  I'm guessing it's a doujinshi (Japanese fan comic by the sound effects).

I've seen a fair few of general SW doujinshi/official japanese comics (the Ep I one comes in mind), but didn't know this existed. 

Anyone have any idea what it is / where to find it?
