Topic: Toe Prongs

Do you think Boba could bring down a bounty with nothing more than using his toe prongs as weapons? If so how would he do it?

well im not to sure but what if there at the beach.... you know i just dont know good question. :)

I do not know what a toe prong is, but I bet Fett could do it.

The "toe prongs" are the spikes on the toes of his boots. I think?

Boba could definatly take down some one with those. I was thinking of tongs, and he would have to grab their nose and twist it around.

ok, so dead or alive? if dead then he could just kick him in the stomach, then kick him in the head, if alive then kick him in the balls, and he will pass out of pain

Is this with or without the poison tips?  Because if they were poisoned, all he'd have to do was scratch someone.

i thought they were poisoned......so you're right....one stab and they are finished. Even if they weren't poisoned........who is going to take a spike in their butt.....and not feel any pain or not fall to the ground.....not me    that's for sure.

i think boba might just like, be able to resist the urge to itch. i mean, every1 knows the feeling of, "Shoot, if i don't itch it right now, im gunna die!". But Fett has overcome that urge, & of course is able 2 controll himself...lol. Man, i always get that feeling either when i'm sitting still getting my hair cut or when i'm playing Hide&Seek or something outside and someone is right near where i am...looking for me. actually, i also have to use the restroom when im playing that too... but anyway....not meaning to get off subject here.

I agree, it'd be so frustrating, you just finish putting all the armor on and suddenly, ".....I have an itch..." :P There was a cutscene of that on the Bounty Hunter game where it showed Jango in full armor, and he's twitching and going, "I have an itch!" lol

lol...that's funny!  Do you have a link for that cutscene...i'd like to see it? if u don't...that's cool.  I'm sure it happens to Boba alot though, the whole armor thing can't be comfortable all of the time....anywayz.

I'm not sure if the cutscene is up anywhere OL, but if you rent/buy the Bounty Hunter game (for Gamecube and PS2) then win a handful of planet-stages you'll unlock it.

oh ok, its hard to believe but i've never played the game myself, only heard of it, saw tv commercials for it, and heard of how good it was. I'm gunna just have to get it one of these days. Do they have it for x-box...i forget?

LOL    sorry about that dude.          But as far as on subject, I think Fett would use them most when sitting across the table from someone he is after. He just starts talking to them and when he gets frustrated enough, he just digs the spike into their shin....ouch!!!!  i shudder at the thought.

Wouldn't be to hard I guess. Boba would give him (or her) a swift kick to the temple (located on the head) and they'd drop dead.

LOL this is funny but it makes sense.Sometimes the simplest solution is the best!

I would say he would be fairly efficient in the use of the toe prongs.  Maybe as a last resort if he somehow became unarmed.  Yes, just kick in the right places and the enemy should go down.

But sometimes I believe that Boba wouldn't really use this,only as a last resort as FettFan79 stated.

Boba most definetely would use his blaster to blow the head of his enemy.And if he chose toe prongs,he would use them with the most painfull way for sure.

LOL--it would probably hurt for a girl as well--just because we don't have "outdoor plumbing" doesn't mean getting hit there, especially with something like toe prongs, isn't going to hurt like heck...hehehe

Yeah, if it came down to hand-to-hand combat--toe prongs like Fett's would certainly come in handy!  On top of that, short of taking his boots off, an enemy would have a hard time taking that weapon away from him.

Ahhh--another use for toe-prongs---if for some reason his jetpack malfunctions (or gets hit by a certain blinded smuggler...lol), they could be useful for climbing...

I think he could take care of someone pretty easy with his toe spikes. After all, he is trained in martial arts. Even someone trained in martial arts without toe spikes can take a person down pretty fast. I would think it would just make it that much easier…

I'm looking very close at the full-body poster I have of Fett, and yeah, I would NOT want to be at the business end of those! LOL

I'm not sure, before I devoted myself to Fett, I thought the prongs were like little air-pressurized darts or something.

They're just really small. I'm not saying he couldn't do some damage but...

If you were going against a Tae Kwon Do master and he did nothing but kick you, how long would it take for you to go down? I doubt it would take long. Now just imagine that, but every time you get kicked, you get impaled with little metal spikes…..he could do it without any trouble.

i agree with that he could kill with toe prong but in reality, thi sis boba fett, he don't need to prongs to kill, yet if he were to kick a midgit, like say yoda, they they were worth the effort of putting them in.

It'd just be easier for Boba to kill you without the toe prongs. I'm not saying that I don't believe he could do it. I just mean, strength aside, you can't really get impaled on a little spike. The worst I can think of is getting your eyes gouged out or bleeding to death.

The spikes are poisoned, if memory serves me.

I agree with Dravage on it being easier without the prongs, but the spikes can be useful at times. Yeah, im pretty sure they're poisoned. Still, they would make one painful kick.
