HAHA. I put that on there about a year or so ago, when they had the article about it on the Hyperspace webpage. I forgot all about that, dude. I remember it took me a while to figure out how to link it to the article on there, though. Sometimes Wiki code is a pain to try to get to work right.
:P
Here's a link to the article:

They actually make mention of the parade in the recent Star Wars Insider, too. Although, they have some better pics. I hadn't realized they took out the pro-type armor in public, before finalizing it. If you look at the pic in the Star Wars Insider, it's the prototype costume with the rust-red right gauntlet and the yellow colored left wrist-gauntlet (that's what they used to base the old Kenner figures off of--that's why his left gauntlet is yellow). Also, if you look close at his helmet, he has the Jaig Eyes still painted on the top (if you don't know what I'm talking about, look at my icon). Also, instead of a Mando skull on his left shoulder bell, it's the original "bird skull" design. I definitely like the standard Mandalorian Skull better. Looks more menacing.
Enjoy.
**afterthought**
I was just re-reading the story on that webpage. That's the exact same one they have in the new Star Wars Insider. How disappointing. You'd think they could come up with something original since this story is dated Oct 2006. How sad.
Wow! It sounds like they were doing some planning ahead.

Agreed.
Any more coverage of this event? I wonder if we can find a text transcript of the newspaper article...
That would be pretty cool. Think they'd have copied all that from microfiche over to digital by now?
Wookiee and Wiki aren't the most reliable source's of info.

Very True...for some reason I think I've seen it elsewhere though...hmmm
Oh, btw...Welcome to the forum WalonVau. Cool name, interesting character in the RC books. Sorry, back to topic...

Good books and thanks.
