I found this video on YouTube. Very interesting stuff. Do you think that Fett killed Owen and Beru?

Sorted by oldest to newestNo. All three books of The Bounty Hunter Wars showed that the Empire liked them both but there was also a plot between Darth Vader and Prince Xizor against eachother intertwined. There is absolutely no reason or proof that Boba Fett would have any reason whatsoever to kill them. And as we all know he never does anything without reason.
I agree with you. There just isn't any solid proof or reason why Boba Fett would kill Uncle Owen or Aunt Beru. Also, you would think that if it had been somone other than Stormtroopers or Tusken Raiders that wiped them out, then Obi-Wan Kenobi would have said so. Also, you have to think about all the damage done to the farm beside their deaths. Can you seriously think of Boba Fett not only killing them without reason, but also destroying the rest of the place just for the heck of it?
That's just not the way he operates.
As interesting as this theory sounds, and as much as I bet it would fit perfectly with the movie.....I don't believe Fett would have killed Owen and Beru unless there was a bounty on their heads for them to be killed, which couldn't have happened since stormtroopers were the ones conducting the investigations on Tatooine. We all know how they carry out Vader's commands; with no mercy.
Although Boba WAS there at the time, and could easily set fire and destruction to the Tatooine home, it just doesn't seem as canonically likely. Fett was under Jabba's employment at the time and was most likely involved with the Hutt's dealings during their deaths. but hey, who says Fett can't take a minute to leave the palace and collect a quick hitlist bounty???? :)
