I just finished reading the Boba Fett 1-6 (for about the tenth time!) and I was wondering:
My husband swears that he does not think Mace Windu died when he fell out of the window on Episode III. What does everyone else think? If someone has already asked this question, forgive me. I didn't search the boards for a thread ;)
My husband is a HUGE Windu fan, so he hates it when I say that I hope a story surfaces about Boba finally killing him... hahaha :)

Ya he definitely died.

He was to originally survive the fall (barely), only to be found and killed by Boba Fett moments later.
Seriously? Where did you hear that? That would be awesome! My husband would be SO pissed! ;)

There's been nothing to contradict that Mace Windu survived that fall, as far as I know. =P

I have always had the awful feeling that he survived. Don't know why.

It s a shame he died the way he did. I always thought he would die in some amazing way but I'm pretty sure he died when he fell out the window.

It was just retribution, though, for killing Boba Fett's dad. If he hadn't died that way I am sure that some Fett fan would arrange his death in some other fitting manner.

Mace Windu.... HATE that guy. Yes he is definitely dead though I kind of wish Boba Fett had killed him. Does no one remember in Revenge of the Sith when right after Windu died it was said "One Jedi Master confirmed dead"? Anyway Anakin and Sidious would have sensed he was really alive. One of the things that made Anakin realize what he had just done was he felt Windu's spark of light in the Force snuffed out. Windu is definitely dead and if he had not died Boba or the Null ARC troopers would have found out. The evidence is too great to suggest anything else. Besides I refuse to believe that the unrepentant murderer of Jango Fett is still on the loose.

In an expanded universe book someone found his dead body so i'm pretty positive he's dead.IM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GLAD. HE IS SUCH AN IDIOT FOR KILLING JANGO FETT!!!!!!!!!!!It's too bad there is not a book about BOBAvsWINDU.Boba would kick his ass.

So true. I hate that guy. If he had lived, I would have never forgiven Lucas, as much as I love the guy.
