Topic: What the fett?

My names Andy and this is my first post......so hi everyone.

Does anyone know why the armor and box are different on my Boba Fett Black series 6''?

The armor has no scratches and the box layout is different.

Anyone know why please, I've uploaded an image for you to cast your wisdom over?.

Good looking out about the box variant. This could be a later release. Where did you get the figure?

As for the armor, what are you seeing that's different? For reference, here's a normal release of the figure:

It's his armor, there is not a scratch on it! Very strange.Also the red logo on his left breast plate looks clearer and more prominent.

I bought it online from Germany just for the box variant and the newer looking armor which is kind of weird.

There is another for sale on ebay with the same variant, only other one I have ever seen!!!!!

It's not 'boba fett, back on the job' rather 'boba fett, first day on the job!'.

Is the bottom portion of the front of the box a sticker? That part of the packaging is certainly different.

It also looks like Boba Fett's left wrist is positioned differently. In one you can see his wrist gauntlet; the other you can't as easily see it.

With the eBay one, it's interesting to see "copyright 2013" on the back. These new boxes seem like they may be new, although Hasbro already finished out this "wave" of Fett. Perhaps it's international packaging? But usually that's multi-lingual...

Any other things you're noticing that are different?

The main differences are lack of damage to the armor, more vibrant colors on the armor and a new design on the box.

Maybe I got lucky and stumbled on a new accidental variant lol!!

Looks very brightly colored, too.  Not too shabby, mate.
