The fan-made "Star Wars Despecialized Edition" has a great overview video about all of the work they did:

Has anyone watched the full bootleg? Surely the fans touched up the Boba Fett scenes (e.g. no ANH:SE, no Temuera Morrison re-dub, no extra Slave I in ESB:SE, no flirty Fett in ROTJ:SE, etc.).

I believe they did. From what friends have told me, it cuts all the extra Fett

I wish that the Star Wars despecialized editions existed in physical form. You have to download them which sucks.

That's a small trade-off for a not-for-profit fan effort that's taken a whole lot of craftsmanship to "clean up" each film. ;-)
