In Season 3, Episode 9 "The Ornithophobia Diffusion," Sheldon attempts to scare off a bluejay from his apartment balcony by coming out of a closet with a Boba Fett helmet, which fails to frighten the bird.

Edit: Found it! I would now like to point out that this is in Season 5, not Season 3. xD;

i loved this episode and sheldon getting nude was totally out of his character. the weird arguments of this episode add total fun watching it.
