Very nice, vod! Hey, I need a few tips. I just picked up a '95 Don Post off ebay, and plan on replacing the visor. Any tips on that? Is the lower part of the T, the solid part, hard to take out?

i took the whole thing out with a hand saw after sanding
start to finish took like an hour and a half
just take your time and do a good job

the old blades were cut out of metal, and were consequently very sharp
I was in a parade for the special olympics a few weeks ago and all these little kids kept running up to me giving me hugs, and their faces were like right by these sharp metal blades, so I reached over and ripped it off in the middle of the parade. one of the parents saw me and thanked me later heh

the sintra ones look good tho i think
theyre a cross between jango fett and batman lol
