But I need another game to play single player so what would people suggest in the Action RPG niche?
Gears of war is another one of my favorites because of the game-play but doesn't have the RPG aspect... Also just finished splinter cell and am looking forward to the next due to the strategy involved... can be frustrating sometimes though!
I used to be into fantasy type games like Diablo but haven't found any to be all that great on 360... yet...
January 1, 2010 2:34 pm # Dead Rising, 360 or Wii version. They're not EXACTLY what you're looking for, but very enjoyable.
If you liked Gears of War's Combat system, Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is pretty good as well. Don't let the naysayers get you down, it can be an action fest or a methodical shooter pretty much depending on what difficulty level you set it at.
Terminator Salvation is pretty much Gears of war with a Terminator skin on it.. so it's good too :).
I'd recommend more but... I'm tired, lol.

February 1, 2010 11:23 pm # You, friend, have asked the perfect question. Mass Effect 2 has a combat style very similar to Gears of War (cover based) as well as squad tactics, and it has a deep choice based story. 10/10 from me, and a 96 on metacritic. Buy this game.
