I'd have to answer definitely none.
Though there are different Mandalorian gods.

according to traviss the madalorians have a zen like concept called mando.they all become part of a collective mandaloian soul.fett seems to be uncaring on the subject.some individualls would come to a conclusion there is more to afterlife that being part of some spirituall soup.
SF is what life is all about.

If he did believe in Madalorian theology, I would say he would be an athiest.

I think Boba wouldn't really need a god to look to. His god is probably trying to be the best bounty ever, but perhaps he would pray to god and help him achieve things....
