every couple of days i will post a clue as to what my new project is.
If you solve it, don't tell what it is, just say that you know.

The first clue is-Pepekura

I think perhaps you misspelled that. Do you mean paprika? The seasoning? :P That's the only thing I can think of.

Pepakura is a 3-D designer... hmm... what could the secret project be?

No, other than it looks hard. And the helmet is probably the most important part to get accurate.

yeah, the helmet is a major part, im hard pressed to do a good job on it.

after i finish the helm i will post a very simple, step by step tutorial from a n00bs point of view so everyone can make their own.

i will, it requires a lot of work though, be prepared for months of work to make a full suit. about a month for just the helmet.

but it would cost to make a full suit about....only about 150-200 dollers

I knew you were making a costume, and the 405th Infantry Division was the 405 part. God I'm so stupid!!! The 405th is about Halo costumes!!!!! I should have guessed it.....

I was way off. I, too, was thinking 300 or something. Or LOTR. I'm not really a big LOTR fan and Leonidas sounds like a name they'd use. But I've never played Halo (except for once on VS on the first game) either so...

But I think you'll do a good job on this. Your Mano armor's pretty nice, so you should do good on this too.
