Hey, just curious to what ya'lls thoughts are about the new collection of toys and collectables that are out there?

Friday, I bought one of those MK I clonetrooper helmets they started selling recently with sound effects and a voice thingy. (Gives you radio static and communication signal.)

It's pretty neat, fits me and I'm an adult.  (Will post pictures tomorrow/monday.)  So far, I'm liking the clone trooper action figures they got now.

well, the only good ones are the clone trooper helmets, and the 2 clone trooper toys, all the others... really suck I meen, REALLY SUCK, like that bane malar guy or w/e. who the hell is he? I never saw him in the movie, why make a toy of him? if there gonna make random figures of characters that werent in the movie, they should make more kotor toys, the kotor figures are awsome.

What Bane Malor is about is SW.com has a thing where random fans get to put their stupid fanfiction into canon by giving names and stories to the bg people we never really see much of who don't already have names and stories. I don't know why this one was picked to be an action figure, seeing as this stupidness has gone on for a few years now and they could have picked any number of people to make figures of. But whatever.

I kinda like this new line. It's not as good as, say, the previous one, but it's still nice. I don't like the packaging variations on some other things. Like the Slave I transformer. I had to go and pick up a new one just for the packaging variation. Same with the evolutions.

But, yeah, the Clonetroopers are really great! I'm especially liking the look of Commander Fox.

My most recent buy was the Leia/Tobi Dala comic pack, which also had the white CW packaging. Why not stick with black?

Reality doesn't care if you believe in it.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of the new packaging, either, but I understand they're going for that all "white armor" look for the Clone Wars.  I just don't understand why they don't just keep that for the Clone Wars cartoon toys and package the "regular" series of toys in something a little different.  At least, though, on the new Fett Evolutions set they fixed the chest symbol on the Boba Fett figure.
