Topic: Changes you would make to another Star Wars re-release

What changes would you make to the films if they were all released again as a special edition.

This is my list

TPM, add several of the deleted scenes and redo the midi-chlorians scene. Also to improve consistancy with the other prequels make Yoda CGI. Leave the rest unchanged.

AOTC, redo one or two of the devoted love scenes with Hayden and Natalie as the actors and same sets but different dialogue directed by Irvin Kreshner(director of ESB). Also extend the battle of Geonosis to include more Clones and Republic officers. I would leave the rest unchanged.

ROTJ, VERY slightly extend the space battle of Coruscant and add the rebellion formation scenes. Also extend the Jedi Temple destruction scene. the rest is already perfect so i would leave the rest unchanged.

ANH, Han after 11 years shoots first again. Also bring 'wolfman' back into the cantina sequence. Also a hint of imperial theme. And make Lukes lightsaber blue on the Milenium Falcon again. Leave the rest unchanged.

TESB extend the battle of Hoth. leave the rest unchanged.

ROTJ More scenes of the Kowakian monkey lizard and Moff Jerjeroid. leave the rest unchanged.

I would also add i slight hint of Duel of the Fates to each of the originals as Duel of the Fates is heard in full blast in eppy 1 and breifly it plays in 2 and 3. It would just help connect the 2 trilogies.

Totally agree with Han shooting forst of course.

And you wouldnt want to add a sort clip of Boba escaping the sarlacc as the skiff flies away? Thats a priority for me.

I'd also do something about those damn ewoks, tone down on Jar jar and take Hayden Christenson(or w/e his name is) out of the movies entirely. Terrible acting..... I would also replace the original Anakin at the end of RotJ. That move of putting Hayden's force ghost instead is bogus.

More Mace Windu.  I know he is PE #1 with what he did to poor old Jango, but he was the best saber fighter in the Order.

He and Jango should have had a longer more viscious battle with him taking a shot or two in the process

TPM: Kill Jar-Jar, and make Yoda CGI so he doesn't look like a drunken frog.

AOTC: Extend Geonosis battle, better Jango vs. Windu fight.

ROTS: Add Loyalist Commitee meetings (from deleted scenes) and get rid of the completely awkward " No, it's because I'm soooo in love with you...." lines cause they sucked.

ANH: Fix Luke's lightsaber color.

TESB: Extend Hoth battle.

ROTJ: Get rid of Boba's screaming, show him escaping the Sarlacc.

That's what I would change.

appo, we would all scream if our jetpack suddenly turned on and blasted you into the side of Jabba's sail barge, then you fall into the sarlacc. tell me you don't scream at that. at least a bit.

Would be awesome, but as far as the story goes its unimportant.
